Who We Are

AIA Space Coast is a chapter of the American Institute of Architects. The American Institute of Architects, the AIA, strives to represent and educate the members and associated professionals of the architect profession. The AIA has a strict ethical mandate for its members to promote successful interactions between clients and members of the architecture profession.

The AIA was founded in 1857 to “promote the scientific and practical perfection of its members” and “elevate the standing of the profession.” To this end, the AIA requires continuing education of its members through the approved Continuing Education Program. More about continuing education can be found here.
